Booking Process

Simply complete our inquiry form, and within 24–48 hours our design team will connect with you to confirm availability. From there, we’ll walk you through each step of planning with attentive service and a focus on bringing your vision to life.

Follow Up

Two weeks prior to your event, our team will connect with you for a personalized check-in. During this time, we’ll finalize your order, accommodate any updates, and answer any questions—ensuring you feel fully prepared and confident as your event approaches.

Day of Event

On the day of your event, you’ll receive a courtesy call as our team prepares to arrive 3–4 hours in advance. From installation to finishing touches, every detail is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard, creating a memorable setting for your celebration.
